Our services, treatments + products are for the person who’s ready to commit to daily skin care, monthly maintenance skin treatments and the non-negotiable sun/uv protection. 

Our treatments work hand in hand with our product recommendations to get you results in a timely manner! We also make lifestyle recommendations since our skin is an elimination/detox organ and closely connected to our lymphatic system it’s essential to tap in your wellness habits. You can start with one or the others although having all pieces to the puzzle 🧩 is always key. 

Working with Aponi, we hold a space for you to start + maintain your skincare journey. 
With clinical result driven treatments, skincare regimens, enhancement +  everything in between — she’s here to guide you in getting the healthy, clear + glowing skin you deserve. 

Our skin is an organ. It protects us daily + should be treated with respect!

We only have one skin and we know it’s easier to prevent than to correct, why not  start now?

arrival

parking is available along Buena Vista street + surrounding neighborhood streets, please arrive with time to park and walk up to the studio

use main staircase


RR are available on the first floor to the left of the coffee shop + on the second floor at the top of the staircase


the studio is located second floor to the left, 2nd door from the end (203)


please do not knock, use the doorbell to check in + you will be let in when ready/available

late policy

Aponi respectfully + kindly asks that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you have time to check in, settle, and start your facial promptly. Arriving past your scheduled start time will result in a shortened treatment or cancellation.

Running late? Please give us a heads up by texting. Those arriving 5+ minutes after their start time may or may not be serviced and will incur a $75 fee.


Please allow yourself extra time if it is your first appointment.

cancellation/rescheduling

to cancel or reschedule your appt, a 5 days notice is required.

any cancellations/last minute rescheduling within the 5 days policy will be charged 50% of the service including 18% gratuity to the credit card on file.

no showing will incur the full reservation fee including gratuity. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments. By booking an appointment with Aponi, you acknowledge your acceptance of our policies.

we understand life happens, although we ask you keep last minute rescheduling at a minimum. consistently canceling last minute (2 or more) will require you to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit on any future appointments.

guests may use the card on file
we accept cash (exact amount), debit and credit cards

now offering AfterPay, available through checkout on our online shop. Also available for services, to use Afterpay for service simply type ‘AP’ in the notes when booking and we will reach out + set you up, or use your AfterPay card at checkout!

guests

please no extra quests or children unless both guests are being serviced.

Any damages to my studio or items in the studio will be allocated to any guest(s) that may caused such.

returns/refunds

products must have original seals, unopened + returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

once services are paid for, services are non-refundable, no exceptions.

gift cards

all gift cards must be used by date on physical gift card or within 1 year from purchase date, no exceptions. Gift cards are for services only unless specified differently
